1. How do I place an order?
     Once you see an item you want just click on the "Add to  cart" button and that item will be in your shopping cart.

2. Is it safe for me to place an order using a credit card?
     Yes. Our shopping cart is secure. If you use a secure site like Internet Explorer then your personal information is encrypted and can only be decoded by Chris' Collectibles. We use Paypal for all our credit/ debit card transactions. If you don't have a Paypal account go to www.paypal.com to set up an account. It's free.

3. Where can I find more information on a item such as size, color, etc?
     You can email your questions with your full name and email address and we will gladly email you back answering any questions you may have. Please allow us up to 3 business days to reply due to heavy volume of inquires. You can email us at c.collectibles@yahoo.com.

4. What is your privacy policy and how do you use my personal information?
     Chris' Collectibles DOES NOT TRADE, RENT, or SELL your personal information to anyone else. We use your information to place your orders and follow up on orders.

5. What if I have a question about my order. How can I track a order?
     Customer Services wil answer your questions about a website order. Email us at c.collectibles@yahoo.com. Please provide the following: your full name, conformation number, order date, and full shipping address. Please allow us 3 business days after you placed your order. thats when UPS will give us a Tracking number.

6. I saw a product on your site now Its not there. What happened?
     The item may be Out of Stock so we replaced it with something better or something different. We might not sell that item anymore. We have over 2000 products and were constantly changing and updating our website. So if you don't see an item email us c.collectibles@yahoo.com and give us the Item number and we will tell you if we still offer it.

     We have over 2000 items with new items arriving each month. 8. Where does my order ship from? How long before I get my order?
     Your order ships from our warehouse in California. So  when you place your order it takes us 1 to 3 business days to process and fill the order (that's when we get the Tracking number from UPS) to them delivering your order in 7 to 10 business days.
